Erin Paglio was the absolute best Realitor! She knows how to spot a “pig with lipstick” lol. (Which, unfortunately under the advice of a different Realitor we had purchased a terrible disaster of a house previously). Erin would not allow the purchase of such a terrible house and saved us thousands by knowing a good solid home from one that was covering up big problems. Erin helped us sell our house in a week and a half and we were pressed for time to purchase a house in 1 week, which with her help was accomplished! We have been in our new dream home for about 1 year. Our boys couldn’t be happier with the 2 acres and space to run around in the house. We have lots of space and run a business out of the home which doesn’t get in the way of having all the family space we need. So we found what works perfectly for us and we have room to grow!
Erin is a hoot! Never a dull moment with her! Our kids loved her and she made the whole experience enjoyable. It has taken me some time to write this review…not because the experience wasn’t perfect but because it pretty much was. How do you get others to believe it? I have known Mark & Denise for years and have listed every home I’ve had with them. And we have tested their abilities with unique situations every single time!! Mark and Denise are absolutely terrific! We bought our home in OH while living in NJ. They set up 6 showings for a Saturday with less than 48 hours notice from us. We drove out to OH Saturday AM, looked at the houses, and submitted and had our offer (which was a bit below asking) accepted by the time we returned to NJ on Sunday evening. Denise was incredibly responsive and went way above and beyond to steer us through the closing process while we continued to live in NJ. She worked with the seller to get necessary repairs completed before closing. She also worked with the lender and title company to keep everything on track because we were on a time crunch with a baby expected two weeks after our scheduled closing. We closed in about 40 days. Mark and Denise are great people who you can trust to go the extra mile and make sure you find the right house for you. We cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Denise was an excellent listing agent. She was insightful in getting the home staged and photographed to look it’s best and put together an excellent listing. Throughout the entire process she was available and always quick to return calls. Shortly before closing some problems arose on the buyers side. Her and Mark made it happen and navigated through a difficult situation that affected both transactions.
I also had an issue after the purchase of my current home. Honestly they could have told me “sorry” and let it be, it had closed and they had been paid. Instead they advocated and went to bat for me.
I give the Zervos’s my highest praise and recommendation.
