In short, I am highly satisfied. Denise was an excellent listing agent. She was insightful in getting the home staged and photographed to look it’s best and put together an excellent listing. Throughout the entire process she was available and always quick to return calls. Shortly before closing some problems arose on the buyers side. Her and Mark made it happen and navigated through a difficult situation that affected both transactions. I also had an issue after the purchase of my current home. Honestly they could have told me “sorry” and let it be, it had closed and they had been paid. Instead they advocated and went to bat for me. I give the Zervos’s my highest praise and recommendation.

How do you get others to believe it? I have known Mark & Denise for years and have listed every home I’ve had with them. And we have tested their abilities with unique situations every single time!! Bad. Nycole did all she could to make sure we would call that particular house a home. She lovingly prepared our old home for sale. Her and her crew took beautiful pictures of our old home and sold it in a week. Nycole made what would usually be a pretty stressful experience, a smooth one. She reminded my husband and me often of exactly what we needed to be doing or signing or preparing that week in order to make each sale go through. We bought our home in OH while living in NJ. They set up 6 showings for a Saturday with less than 48 hours notice from us. We drove out to OH Saturday AM, looked at the houses, and submitted and had our offer (which was a bit below asking) accepted by the time we returned to NJ on Sunday evening. Denise was incredibly responsive and went way above and beyond to steer us through the closing process while we continued to live in NJ. She worked with the seller to get necessary repairs completed before closing. She also worked with the lender and title company to keep everything on track because we were on a time crunch with a baby expected two weeks after our scheduled closing. We closed in about 40 days. Mark and Denise are great people who you can trust to go the extra mile and make sure you find the right house for you. We cannot recommend them strongly enough!
